• Contract Type: Firm-Fixed-Price

• Period of Performance: Approximately 730 calendar days from Notice to Proceed.

• Estimated Magnitude of Construction: $20,000,000 to $50,000,000.

• The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP) under FAR Part 15.

• Evaluation will follow tradeoff procedures as detailed in the solicitation.

• The solicitation is anticipated to be issued in mid to late February 2026.
