Sources Sought Notice

This notice is for market research purposes only and is not a solicitation for bids or proposals. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office 16 (NCO 16), is seeking to identify potential qualified sources capable of providing Zebra TC52-ax PDA Equipment for the Fayetteville VA Medical Center. Responses will help the Government determine the appropriate acquisition method.

The requirement is for three Censis Zebra TC52-ax PDA Standard Bundles, including Rugged Boot and Hand Strap and Screen Protector. The equipment must meet specific salient characteristics, including:

• Dimensions: Not to exceed 6.1 in. L x 2.9 in. W x 0.73 in. H

• Weight: Not to exceed 9.3 oz./263 g

• Display: 5.0 in. Full High Definition (1920 x 1080), LED backlight, outdoor viewable, optically bonded touch panel.

• Imager: Corning® Gorilla® Glass.

• Touch Panel: Dual mode capacitive touch (bare or gloved fingertip), water droplet rejection, fingerprint resistant.

• Battery: Rechargeable Li-Ion, PowerPrecision+, > 15.48 Watt hours, > 4150 mAh, with warm swap mode up to two minutes.

• Connectivity: WLAN, WPAN (Bluetooth), USB 2.0, MicroSD support up to 256 GB SDXC.

• Audio: Audible tone, multi-color LEDs, haptic feedback, three microphones, vibrate alert, front-facing speaker, PTT headset support, HD voice, 3.5mm audio jack.

• Buttons: Six programmable buttons including alert, dual scan, push-to-talk, and volume controls. Red alert button with emergency dialer.

• Operating System: Android 11, upgradeable through Android 14.

• Incomplete responses will not be considered. Failure to provide required documentation (e.g., distributor letter, proof of manufacture) or fully answer questions will result in exclusion.

• Vendors are asked to identify their socio-economic status (SDVOSB, VOSB, 8(a), HUB Zone, WOSB, Small Disadvantaged Business, Large Business, etc.).

• Vendors must confirm if they are considered small under NAICS code 334111.

This is a Sources Sought Notice for market research to identify qualified vendors capable of providing Zebra TC52-ax PDA Standard Bundle equipment to the Fayetteville VA Medical Center. • Manufacturer recommended maintenance schedules and operation materials (electronic format) must be provided upon delivery.

• Standard 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects is required.
