Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide zipline/suspended rope bridge training support for the Junior Cadet Leadership Challenge (JCLC) Marseilles.

• Provide all associated equipment and trained staff for zipline/suspended rope bridge training.

• Conduct training at or within 50 miles of Marseilles Training Center, 1700 Army Rd, Marseilles, IL 61341.

• Offer cadets opportunities to develop leadership skills, critical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork.

• Provide six (6) ziplines and two (2) suspended rope bridges.

• Furnish facilities, equipment, supplies, gloves, and helmets.

• Provide trained guides (minimum of two per zipline/bridge).

• Conduct a safety inspection of all equipment prior to training.

• Training event dates: June 23-24, 2026.

• Resource working group: June 8, 2026.

• Place of performance: Within 50 miles of Marseilles Training Center, IL.

• Zipline/Suspension Bridge Performance: Rated no less than 95%.

• Resource Working Group: 100% Requirement.

• Trained Guides per Zipline/Bridge: 100% Requirement.

• Training Completion: 100% Requirement.

• Contractor shall develop and maintain a quality control program.

• Contractor personnel must be trained and certified.

• Contractor employees must identify their status to avoid misrepresentation.
