Statement of Work (SOW)

To provide a complete turnkey solution for flooring modernization, including removal of existing carpeting and installation of new flooring in two separate buildings at JBSA-Lackland AFB.

• Remove and dispose of existing carpeting, padding, and debris off-site.

• Prepare the subfloor for new installation.

• Install new flooring: one piece smooth, solid-grip, seamless, 13mm thickness, blue speckled appearance, with transitions and wall base.

• Ensure the new flooring is installed to commercial standards without structural modifications.

• Maintain site cleanliness, removing all trash and discarded materials.

• The finished flooring must be free of defects such as bubbles, fraying, or visible seams.

• Warranty in line with industry standards (approximately 5-15 years).

• Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 0700-1600 (excluding federal holidays and weekends).

• Place of Performance: ATC6 - JBSA Lackland 326 TRS, Section 1, 1135 Luke St, Building 9239; and ATC5 - JBSA Lackland 322 TRS, 1231 Luke St, Building 9231, Texas 78236.

• Installation requires professional, trained personnel.

• Contractor must provide all materials, equipment, shipping, and labor.

• Installers must pass a security check and possess a valid state license for base entry.

• All work performed is Unclassified.

• Coordination for on-base work start must occur at least two weeks prior with the Install POC (Capt Derek Guedes).

• Site surveys may be requested by the awardee.

• A post-award start-up meeting will be held to finalize the schedule.
