Scope of Work
The contractor will provide non-personal services for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, including battery service, for U.S. Government-owned MHE and Automated Material Handling Systems (AMHS). This requires furnishing all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, and supervision. Services are required for equipment used on a multi-shift schedule, 24 hours per day, six days per week. Key requirements include:
- Maintenance and repair of MHE and other equipment listed from DLA Distribution Europe.
- Services include scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, parts, and labor.
- Compliance with performance standards and acceptable quality levels detailed in the PWS.

Offerors must receive an "Acceptable" rating in all non-price factors. Past Performance will be used for responsibility determination, not for award evaluation. Funds are not presently available, and award is contingent upon appropriation.
