Response Guidance

However, the Government will consider proposals, quotations, or capability statements received from responsible sources within the specified timeframe. A determination not to compete is solely at the Government's discretion. While FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items) is not being used, interested parties may identify their capability to satisfy the requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. The acquisition is subject to Free Trade Agreements and the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement.
