- Inspection: Detailed thread inspection (FED-STD-H28 series or ASME B1 equivalent), O-ring groove inspection, and final inspection per ANSI/ASQ-Z1.4 or approved Statistical Process Control (SPC).
- Quality System: Contractors must maintain a quality system compliant with ISO-9001 (amplified herein), ISO-10012, ANSI-Z540.3, or ISO-17025. Government Quality Assurance (GQA) at source is required.
