This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for an Insightec Exablate Neuro Imaging System (or equal) for the VA Palo Alto Healthcare System. The goal is to establish in-house capabilities for incisionless neurosurgical treatments, improving Veteran access to advanced care and reducing reliance on external facilities. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price type.

• Insightec Exablate Neuro Imaging System (or equal): Must be FDA approved, compatible with a GE Premier MRI 3 Tesla magnet, and fit within existing space. Key functions include leveraging MRI guidance for focused ultrasound treatments for neurological conditions like essential tremor and Parkinson's disease.

• Installation, Training, and Technical Support: Contractor responsibilities include supporting installation, providing clinical application training, and offering technical support and software updates.

• Additional Neuro Head Frame Set: One additional set is required.

This notice is a Sources Sought to conduct market research for the procurement of an Insight Tec Prime Neuro System for the VA Palo Alto Healthcare System. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is assessing industry capabilities to support the acquisition planning for this system, which is used for MRI-guided high-intensity focused ultrasound of the brain for treating conditions like essential tremor and Parkinson's disease.

• System: Insightec Exablate Prime Neuro System including mid-frequency (650 kHz) transducer package and one additional neuro head frame set.
