Sources Sought Notice

This notice is issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs, Stratton VA Medical Center, for market research purposes. The agency is seeking to identify domestic sources or equivalent products capable of providing "Work Bench Stations." The feedback received will help determine the acquisition strategy for a potential future acquisition.

Potential contractors are invited to provide the following:

3. Capability Statement: A brief statement (max 5 pages) demonstrating the company's ability to provide the equipment. Commercial brochures are also accepted. This is for planning purposes only and not a solicitation for quotes or proposals.
4. Business Size Status: Indicate size status (e.g., SDVOSB, VOSB, Hubzone, WOSB, Large Business).
5. Small Business Status: Confirm if the company is considered small under NAICS code 339113.
6. Role: Manufacturer, distributor, or equivalent solution provider.
7. Large Business Distributors: If a large business, provide designated distributor information.
8. Small Business Distributor Alterations: If a small business distributor, state if and how items are altered, assembled, or modified.
9. Subcontracting Plan: Percentage breakdown of self-performed vs. subcontracted work.
10. Federal Contracts: Indicate if holding GSA/FSS, NAC, NASA SEWP, or other federal contracts, and if the items are available on those contracts.
11. Salient Characteristics/Equal To Items: Provide capabilities and information on "equal to items" meeting salient characteristics.
12. Domestic Manufacturing: Indicate if items are manufactured domestically or are foreign manufactured.
13. Feedback: Provide feedback or suggestions on salient characteristics/SOW, if applicable.
14. SAM.gov UEI: Provide the Unique Entity ID number.

• Due Date: Responses are due no later than 12:00 PM (noon) EST on Thursday, May 13, 2026.

• This is for information and planning purposes only; it does not commit the Government to any acquisition.

• The Government will not pay for information solicited.

• Respondents will not be notified of evaluation results.

• "Equal to items" must show clear evidence of meeting all salient characteristics.
