Scope of Work
The requirement is for five custom motorized workstations to replace existing units that are beyond economical repair, non-ergonomic, and have safety defects. Key features include adjustable height (27”-42”), stainless steel over inverted plastic laminate work surfaces (72" x 30"), ample drawers and shelves, a large rubber floor mat, and lockable casters. Workstations must include power rails with outlets, overhead LED lighting, Nexus framing posts, extended rear-mount frames, adjustable shelves, markerboard/tackboard, plastic box rail, accessory shelves, label/roll holder, Luxo LED Mag Light, monitor holder, and universal brackets. Factory assembly of the bench from the worksurface down is required; however, installation at the site is not required.
Service & Support
A local Equipment Service Technician (within 75 miles) is mandatory. A walkthrough with VA Facility and Engineering is required before approval, and training of SPS staff on operational and user needs is mandatory. A minimum one-year warranty for parts and labor is required.

Submission & Evaluation

Quotations will be evaluated based on Technical, Past Performance, and Price, with award going to the most advantageous offer, not necessarily the lowest price.
