Key Requirements
Offerors proposing cloud-based solutions must possess a DoW Moderate Impact FedRAMP Authorization To Operate (ATO). Contractor personnel requiring physical access to federal facilities or IT systems will undergo background investigations (NACLC, SF-86, SSBI) and require DBIDs, adhering to HSPD-12. The solution must be compatible with existing end-user instruments and utilize existing Government-owned Inside Plant (ISP) cabling where suitable. Minimum service availability of 99.9% per calendar month is required.
