Evaluation Factors
Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal is most advantageous to the Government, considering price and other factors. Non-price evaluation factors, listed in descending order of importance, are:

First Article Testing (FAT)
First Article Approval is required. Offerors must deliver one unit of CAGE 80132, Part Number P069-6, within 120 calendar days of contract award for Government testing. The estimated cost for Government testing is $10,000, which will be added to the offeror's price for evaluation purposes if testing is required. A waiver of FAT requirements is possible for offerors who have previously furnished identical production articles within three years, from the same production location, and using the same processes. Offerors requesting a waiver must submit two prices: one with FAT compliance and one based on a waiver.
