• Reporting: 95% of reports available in real-time and/or submitted on time.

• Contract Type: Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) with Firm Fixed Price orders.

• Minimum Contract Value: $10,000 guaranteed. Task orders may be placed as low as $100.

• Phase-In Period: Within 60 days of award, Contractor must take possession of existing Government-furnished inventory.

• Quality Control: Comprehensive Quality Control Plan (QCP) required, including compliance with safety regulations and external audits.

• Security: UNCLASSIFIED work. Strict accountability for badges, emblems, and other insignia. Government branding is protected.
