Scope of Work
The contractor will provide comprehensive instructional training and range development services, including:

- Supporting the Persistent Cyber Training Environment (PCTE) network.

Eligibility & Security

Evaluation & Submission
Award will be made using a Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process in accordance with FAR 15.3, with no trade-offs between cost/price and non-cost/price factors. Evaluation factors include:
- Technical Capability: Rated Acceptable or Unacceptable (subfactors: Technical Ability, Management Approach & Staffing Approach).
- Past Performance: Assessed for recency, relevancy, and quality, resulting in a performance confidence assessment (Acceptable or Unacceptable).
- Price: Evaluated for reasonableness, completeness, and balance. Proposals must be submitted via email and organized into four volumes: General, Technical, Past Performance, and Price.
