• Adherence to HOAI (Honorarordnung für Architekten und Ingenieure) and U.S. Forces regulations (UFC, UFGS, Military Standards, WBDG) is mandatory, with U.S. regulations applying if more stringent.

• Design submittals are required at 15% (Concept), 35% (Preliminary), 95% (Pre-Final), and 100% (Final) stages.

• Geospatial data must comply with AF SDSFIE standards and be delivered in ESRI File Geodatabase format.

• A&E is responsible for correcting errors and deficiencies at no additional cost to the Government.

• Responses to Requests for Information (RFIs) are required within two (2) business days.
