Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities (including mobile wash racks), transportation, tools, materials, and supervision. This includes cleaning approximately 571 pieces of military equipment, such as JLTVs, MTVRs, HMMWVs, generators, trailers, and various containers. A key requirement is to establish and maintain a vehicle wash rack at the Subic Bay International Airport, Southwest Apron (SWA), capable of simultaneously cleaning at least twenty (20) vehicles, complete with adequate water supply, drainage, and undercarriage cleaning capabilities (ramps or pits). The contractor is responsible for providing all utilities (water, drainage, electricity, lighting). Importantly, the contractor is not responsible for moving equipment between the dirty yard, wash rack, and clean yard. All petroleum-based products and hazardous materials must be managed and disposed of in accordance with applicable environmental laws.
