Beyond Economical Repair (BER) services are also required for units that cannot be repaired. The place of performance is Redstone Arsenal, AL.
Contract Details

- Government Furnished Property (GFP): The government will provide 130 unserviceable NIU components. No Government Furnished Material (GFM), other than reparable assets and reusable containers, will be provided.
Eligibility & Submission
- Set-Aside: This is a limited competition, restricted to Mission Systems Davenport, Inc. and The Boeing Company.
- Proposal Due Date: June 1, 2026, 8:00 PM UTC (or 3:00 PM Central Daylight Time, as per original solicitation, with the latest amendment confirming the date).
- Submission: Electronically to the designated points of contact. Proposals must remain valid for 180 days.
- Pricing: Bidders must use the provided "AH-64 NIU Pricing Template.xlsx" to submit proposed prices for various CLINs, including Product Verification Audit (PVA), NIU (US and FMS), SCRAP, and CONTAINERS.
Evaluation & Requirements
Award will be made to the responsible bidder with the lowest total bid price. Evaluation will consider the total evaluated price (summing CLIN values for PVA and minimum/estimated quantities) as well as price reasonableness and unbalanced pricing.
