Purpose

Scope of Work
The anticipated scope involves comprehensive custodial and related services for approximately 5,000 square feet of space, including offices, conference rooms, training rooms, and breakrooms, at the TSA-Ted Stevens International Airport. Services are required 7 days a week, 365 days a year, between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Key tasks include:
- Cleaning of interior surfaces and fixtures
- Removal of waste from receptacles
- Vacuuming carpets and extraction
- Dusting of interior space
- Floor maintenance
- Interior and exterior window washing The contractor will be required to submit a staffing plan, cleaning plan, and quality control plan in accordance with a performance-based work statement (PWS).

- NAICS: 561720 (Janitorial Services), with a size standard of $22.0 million.
- Period of Performance: A base year from May 1, 2026, to April 30, 2027, followed by two option years and an option to extend services on a monthly basis through October 31, 2029.
- Place of Performance: Ted Stevens International Airport, Anchorage, AK.
- Subcontracting: In accordance with FAR 52.219-14, prime contractors must perform at least 50 percent of the cost of the contract.
