Scope of Work

- Standard Services: Sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, restroom cleaning, waste removal, and surface cleaning, performed Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
- Weekly Services: Polishing brass, dusting tall furniture, spot cleaning, and sweeping/washing terraces.
- Monthly Services: Cleaning major appliances, window blinds, and inside window glass.
- Quarterly Services: Cleaning both sides of glass windows/doors and trash holding areas. The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary janitorial supplies and equipment, while the Government will provide water and electricity.
