• Project Submission Limit: 10 projects are required for Section F, overriding the 8-page limitation in Attachment 6. The page limit for Section F is increased to 20 pages (up to 2 pages per project).

• Teaming Partner Submissions: Each proposed teaming partner is allowed 1 page per Part II of the SF330. Additional pages are allowed for prime non-local offices and teaming partners.

• Highly Qualified Rating (Criterion 1): The requirement for a "Highly Qualified" rating, which mandates a separate in-house staff for each primary discipline, will not be modified. However, the requirement for three total individuals with specific experience and degrees is confirmed, not three per category.

• Urban Planner Inclusion: The Urban Planner role must be included in Section E, as it is listed under primary disciplines for Criterion 1.

• Design Capabilities & AutoCAD: Information on design capabilities, including AutoCAD utilization, should be included in Section H of the SF330, with an allowance for one additional page if needed.

• Knowledge of Locality: This should be captured within the currently allotted pages for Section H.

• Past Performance (Section H): The page limit for Section H, Past Performance, is increased to 10 pages, allowing 1 page per project for up to 10 projects.

• SF330 Page Limit: The overall SF330 submittal page limit is increased to 60 pages for Part I. Part II has specific page limits for the prime, prime's non-local offices, and teaming partners.

• Page limitations for Section F and Section H (Past Performance) have been increased.

• Clarification on the number of projects and page allocation per project for submissions.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide Architect-Engineering services for the renovation and conversion of existing interior administrative space within Building 2800 at Edwards Air Force Base into a Federal Courthouse and expanded Staff Judge Advocate (SJA) offices.

• Develop a construction design package for approximately 11,500 SF of under-utilized space.
