  • Fixture Removal BFVS Hull (A001): Seeking systems for faster, safer, and repeatable fixture removal from Bradley Fighting Vehicle System (BFVS) hulls while maintaining hull integrity. Submission Deadline: November 20, 2025.
  • AS9100 Strategic Partner (A003): Identifying a strategic partner to guide ACC-RRAD through AS9100 certification, including gap analysis, Quality Management System (QMS) implementation, training, and audit preparation. Submission Deadline: November 20, 2025.
  • Track Pin and Bushing Manufacturing (A004): Developing an innovative process for the organic manufacturing of tracked military vehicle track pins and bushings at RRAD. Submission Deadline: December 31, 2025.
  • Power Pack Interface & Test Sets (A005): Designing, manufacturing, and installing two Power Pack Interface & Test Sets for Bradley, MLRS, and AMPV, converting analog inputs to digital readouts for enhanced safety and capabilities. Submission Deadline: December 31, 2025.

  • DSB ATLAS Crane Lifecycle Support (A009): Seeking non-personal services for comprehensive lifecycle support, including technical assistance, training, and part identification, for the ATLAS Crane system. Submission Deadline: April 2, 2026.

Contract Details

Awards under this CSO will generally be fixed-price contracts, following FAR Part 12 Commercial Item Procedures. The period of performance for individual solutions is typically no greater than 12 months. There is no specific set-aside; the CSO is open to both traditional and non-traditional defense contractors, including small businesses and foreign-owned businesses. Selected companies must be registered in SAM.gov prior to award.

Submission & Evaluation

The CSO utilizes a phased submission and evaluation process, starting with a Solution Brief (max 5 pages/15 slides) detailing the concept and rough order of magnitude (ROM) price. This may be followed by presentations/pitches and detailed Commercial Solution Proposals (CSPs). Solutions must be submitted via email to the address specified in each AoI, typically usarmy.rrad.acc.mbx.cso@army.mil, with a subject line like "INNOVATIVE SOLUTION" or specific to the AoI. Solutions received after the stated deadlines will not be evaluated. Proposal preparation costs are not recoverable.
