  • Counseling & Support: Individualized Initial Counseling (IIC), Pre-Separation Briefings, Career Skills Programs (CSP), Financial, Education, Resume, and Capstone Counseling.
  • Program Operations: Management of participant throughput, delivery of curriculum, and tailored support to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Virtual Center: Operate a 24/7 (Monday-Friday) TAP Virtual Center.
  • IT Support: Management of the TAP Database System of Record and Government Furnished IT Equipment.
  • Communications: Strategic Communications (STRATCOM) and Marketing plan development.
  • Administration: Local customer service, data entry, records management, program analytics, and reporting.
