Performance will occur at various CONUS and OCONUS military installations, with the primary administrative location at Fort Knox, KY.

Contract Details

This is an FFP IDIQ contract with a base period and option years extending through August 3, 2029. The initial phase-in period is one month (September 4, 2026 - October 3, 2026), followed by a 10-month base period. The associated NAICS code is 624310 with a $15,000,000 size standard. Key personnel, including Program Managers, Transition Counselors, and Financial Counselors, must meet specific education, certification (e.g., PMP, PgMP), and experience requirements. Contractor personnel must comply with security requirements (NACI, CAC) and mandatory training (Anti-Terrorism, OPSEC, Cyber Awareness).
