Scope of Work
This is a turnkey project requiring the contractor to furnish and install a complete professional-grade wireless microphone system. Key deliverables include:
- System Provisioning: Digital wireless receivers, bodypack and handheld transmitters, lavalier microphones, wall-mounted antennas, cabling, dual docking battery chargers, rechargeable batteries, and Dante AVIO adapters. All components must be new, unused, and of professional/broadcast quality.
- Installation & Integration: Deliver, install, terminate, label, and test all equipment. Integrate the new system with existing AV infrastructure, perform necessary electrical work, and coordinate with base agencies. The contractor is responsible for removing and disposing of existing equipment.
- Training: Provide four (4) two-hour on-site training sessions for up to ten (10) Air War College (AWC) personnel on system operation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Documentation: Provide equipment manuals, warranty documentation, and accreditation/security documentation.
- Logistics & Cleanup: Deliver to AWC, Building 1401, Maxwell AFB. Remove all debris and packaging, leaving the site clean and operational.

The system must support seamless operation, utilize secure/digitally encrypted wireless technology, and be compatible with Dante AoIP.
