Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide preventative maintenance and repair services for the B-2 Weapon System Support Center's (WSSC) alarm system, ensuring the continued security of critical IT data systems and networks.

• Provide all labor, hardware, software, local travel, transportation, and incidentals for technical support at Tinker AFB, OK.

• Perform preventative maintenance and repair on designated Access Control System (ACS) equipment.

• Conduct two semi-annual preventive maintenance visits (PMIs), with the first PMI occurring upon agreement initiation.

• Respond to up to 15 emergency service calls per 12-month period.

• Deliver supplies, equipment, and training vouchers annually as specified in Appendix A.

• Provide one online certification course for each of the following: Vindicator IDS, Vindicator Operator (VCC/SAW), and Vindicator ACS.

• Support a 1-year, 15-incident Advanced Technical Support Agreement for emergency service calls.

• Verify operation of the IDS/ACS after repairs.

• Provide reports within 1 week of each PMI or emergency maintenance visit.

• Record all service call requests and details.

• Make written recommendations for system modifications.

• Update and deliver current drawings for the site's IDS and ACS within 4 weeks of each PMI or emergency maintenance visit.

Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This PWS outlines the requirement for preventative maintenance and repair of the alarm system for the B-2 Weapon System Support Center (WSSC) at Tinker AFB, Oklahoma. The goal is to maintain the security of B-2 IT data systems and networks.

• Provide all labor, hardware, software, local travel, transportation, and incidentals for technical support.

• Perform preventative maintenance and repair on designated equipment.

• Deliver supplies, equipment, and training vouchers annually.

• Provide online certification courses for on-site personnel.

• Support an Advanced Technical Support Agreement with a defined number of incidents.

• Verify operation of the IDS/ACS after repairs.
