Scope of Work

- Installation of swing gates at Building 158 (8'x7') and Building 530 (4'x6'). Buildings 708, 712, and 926 will receive fencing without gates.
- Disposal of all removed materials and debris off-base.
- Fences and gates must withstand 90 mph wind speeds, meet specified ASTM standards, and come with a one-year warranty on materials and workmanship.

Evaluation Factors
Proposals will be evaluated using a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) approach, followed by "Technical Acceptability." No advanced payments will be made. The Service Contract Act Wage Determination (No. 2015-5157, Rev. 29) applies.
