Scope of Work

The work involves connecting new boilers to existing electrical, water, and gas lines, installing new appliance regulators, condensate neutralizer kits, BACnet (over IP) cards, and all necessary exhaust/intake ducts, isolation valves, wye strainers, and field flow switches. Minor modifications to existing supply and return lines, insulation of new piping, and boiler start-up by a manufacturer-certified technician are also required. Boilers must be programmed for specific set-points and outdoor reset schedules.
