Scope of Work
This project requires the furnishing and installation of two new, fully integrated, and functional boilers to replace existing units in Building 2310 (Lochinvar KnightXL KBX-1000N-M13 or equal) and Building 1610 (Lochinvar KnightXL KBX-0400N or equal). Key requirements include:
- Meeting specific salient characteristics: 7" touchscreen, 97% thermal efficiency, flow switch, condensate trap neutralizer, 10:1 turndown modulating burner.
- Connecting new boilers to existing electrical, water, and gas lines.
- Isolating, removing, and disposing of existing boilers.
- Installing new appliance regulators, condensate neutralizer kits, and BACnet (over IP) cards.
