To remove and replace two existing boilers, one in Building 2310 and one in Building 1610, with new, fully integrated, and functional boilers.

• Furnish and install two Lochinvar KnightXL boilers (Model KBX-1000N-M13 for Bldg. 2310 and KBX-0400N for Bldg. 1610, or equal).

• New boilers must meet specific salient characteristics including a 7" touchscreen, 97% thermal efficiency, flow switch, condensate trap neutralizer, and a 10:1 turndown modulating burner.
