Scope of Work

Key tasks involve monthly maintenance, preventive maintenance inspections (PMIs), and system/service outage restoration with defined response times (Emergency: 2 hours, Priority: 6 hours, Routine: 24 hours). Services also cover line moves, adds, changes, disconnects, cable location/marking, collection of Communication Feature Data (CFD), system cross-connects, voicemail support, and traffic measurement/analysis.
