To procure one (1) dirt bike for the USDA Forest Service (FS) Washington Office (WO) Law Enforcement (LE&I) Region 13 (R13) Subregion 4 (SR4).

• Acquisition of one (1) dirt bike.
• All labor, parts, and products must meet manufacturer's specifications, including non-OEM aftermarket items.
• The dirt bike will be used on all types of terrain in the forest.
