Evaluation

Quotations will be evaluated using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria. Only the lowest-priced offer will undergo evaluation for technical acceptability. Award will be made to the offeror whose proposal is determined to be the highest technically rated, provided the price is fair and reasonable, and past performance is assessed as acceptable or neutral. Tradeoffs will not be conducted.
