This solicitation is for a Design-Build contract for the replacement of the Broken Bow Powerhouse roof in Broken Bow, Oklahoma. The project involves the design and construction of a new approximately 15,000 square foot roof, replacing the existing roof installed in 1981, which is deteriorating due to membrane movement, joint separation, environmental components, and poor drainage, causing significant leaking. The scope includes structural analysis to ensure the existing structure can accommodate new loads, a test cut and inspection of the existing roof system, and design and installation of a new roof system that requires no structural modifications to the existing structure.

• Design and construction of a new, fully adhered, min. 80-mil reinforced TPO roof system.

• Replacement of the existing multi-layered single membrane roof.
