Scope of Work
The 460th Contracting Squadron is seeking information on vendors capable of providing three distinct material packages as a single, consolidated delivery:
- ITEM 0001: Elbow and Pipe Repair Package: Includes various carbon steel pipe repair clamps (straight and elbow types in 3", 4", 6", 8", and 10" sizes). Clamps must withstand 80 PSI water pressure, be corrosion resistant, and comply with ASME PCC-2, ISO 24817, and/or ASME B13 standards.
- ITEM 0002: Pipe Freezing Kit: A permanent tool for maintenance, capable of freezing stationary water using CO2 or LN2 to isolate pipe sections. Must form dry ice at -109°F or colder, include components for 3" to 10" pipes, high-pressure hoses (at least 16 ft), and cylinder valve adapters. Compliance with ASME PCC-2, ISO 24817, and/or ASME B13 standards is required.
- ITEM 0003: Carbon Fiber Composite Reinforcement Package: A field-saturated composite system for sealing leaks in steel pipes (3" to 10" diameter) in hoop and axial directions. Includes carbon fiber cloth, epoxy, filler, and surface preparation equipment. Must operate up to 200°F and comply with ASME PCC-2, ISO 24817, and/or ASME B13 standards. All materials must be new, commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS), and meet government requirements for Energy Star/FEMP or non-ozone depleting substances where applicable.
