• Communication Restrictions: No questions will be answered during the site visit. All questions must be emailed to Henry Harris at henry.harris.4@us.af.mil prior to the visit.
• Building Security: Building 350 is a secure facility. Cell phones, cameras, and devices with Bluetooth capability (e.g., watches, air pods) are prohibited inside. These items must be left in vehicles or secured in lobby lockers. Cell phones must be turned off (not vibrate or silent) if stored in lockers.
• RSVP Requirement: Attendance requires an RSVP by emailing henry.harris.4@us.af.mil no later than 12:00 PM EST on Monday, 11 May 2026, to provide a headcount.

Statement of Work (SOW)

To convert an old warehouse area (Room A127, Bay A, Building 350) into a safe, sanitary, and functional breakroom to support AMRAAM and other EBU personnel at Robins AFB, GA.

• Remove old security hardware devices, electrical power wiring, and conduit.

• Remove extruding metal hardware.

• Repair and refinish all wall, door, and ceiling surfaces.

• Perform thorough cleaning of all wall surfaces and the concrete deck ceiling, including dusting and removal of spider webs.

• Dispose of all removed devices and hardware.

• Repair wall surfaces damaged during demolition to ensure a smooth finish.

• Paint all wall and ceiling areas, including doors and frames, using specified Sherwin Williams primer and topcoat.

• Paint gas lines with proper POL color coding and fire electrical conduits red, per Robins AFB Facility Standards.

• Final painted wall surfaces must be smooth and free of visible imperfections.

• All work must comply with specified technical requirements and Robins AFB Facility Standards.

• Period of Performance: 30 calendar days following contract award.

• Place of Performance: Legacy Air Dominance Program Office, Building 350, Bay A, 425 Eastman Street, Robins AFB, GA, 31098-1811.

• Government personnel will provide escort for all Contractor workers.

• Contractor must coordinate with facility security for access.

• Normal facility duty hours are 0600 to 1800 hours, Monday-Friday (excluding Federal Holidays).

• Contractor will have facility access from 0730 to 1700 hours, Monday-Friday.

• Contractor personnel must comply with installation security requirements, including base access procedures for personnel and vehicles.

• Contractor must comply with Government Safety and Health regulations (OSHA, ESOH).

• Mishaps must be reported to the Safety Office and PCO within 1 business hour.

• Government property will not be provided.

• No security clearance is expected for contractor personnel.
