Scope of Work
This opportunity requires comprehensive building maintenance services to ensure continuous, safe, and reliable operation of facilities including the Embassy Chancery, Chief of Mission Residence (CMR), Deputy Chief of Mission Residence (DCMR), Mitsui Housing Compound, and the Japanese Language Training Center (JLTC) in Yokohama. Services encompass:
- Day-to-day building operations and continuous 24/7 Perry Control monitoring.
- Routine preventive maintenance inspections (PMIs).
- Unscheduled maintenance and repair (M&R) services.
- Emergency response and seasonal tasks.
Contract Details & Requirements
- Contract Type: Single Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) structure for all BPA calls.
- Period of Performance: A 60-month ordering period, structured into five individual periods.
