Scope of Work

The requirement is for dedicated, symmetrical Internet bandwidth delivered via fiber connection to the Government demarcation point. Key technical specifications include:

  • Bandwidth ordered in increments of 10 Mbps, up to a maximum of 1000 Mbps (1 Gbps).
  • Optional redundant Internet bandwidth circuits.
  • Service Level Agreement (SLA) with <= 0.5% packet loss and 99.9% availability.
  • Provision of a minimum /26 subnet static Public IP addresses, no Network Address Translation (NAT), and unfiltered access allowing all IP protocols and customer VPN encryption devices.
  • Network devices must not be from ZTE, Huawei, Xiaomi, or affiliated brands.
  • ISP must provide fiber optic connectivity, routers, and data media converters, with 7x24x365 service support.

Contract Details

  • Contract Type: Firm-Fixed-Price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ).
  • Period of Performance: A one-year base period with four (4) one-year option periods.
  • Minimum Order: 50 Mbps during the base year.
  • Maximum Order: 1,000 Mbps across all task orders.
  • Payment: Will be made in Indonesian Rupiah. Value Added Tax (VAT) is not included in CLIN rates and is exempt under the Vienna Convention.
  • Award Type: The Government may elect for a single or multiple contract award.
