- Producing two (2) production first article flight-ready units within 6 months of contract award, with delivery required 365 calendar days from the contract date to Robins AFB, GA.
- Manufacturing a Best Estimated Quantity (BEQ) of 58 production units.
- Incorporating current, nonproprietary parts and technology.
- Developing and implementing a Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) plan.
- Adhering to AS5553A for Counterfeit Electronics Parts avoidance, detection, mitigation, and disposition, including a Counterfeit Prevention Plan (CPP).
- Meeting performance standards outlined in Source Control Drawing (SCD) 4B99005, Specification LG03ER0144, and Interface Control Document LG03ER0124.
- Requiring SECRET level security clearance for contractor/subcontractor personnel.
