  • Cleaning and inspecting piston rings.
  • Replacing oil packing, glands, studs, nuts, and gaskets in the hydraulic cylinder and gate hanger assembly.
  • Machining a groove in the water packing seat and installing a new scraper style wiper.
  • Replacing cap screws on the gate lower stem nut access cover.

  • Period of Performance: 180 calendar days after award. A one-time extension of 180 days will be added if optional items (Gate Stem No. 5) are exercised.

  • Experience: Requires a maximum of four examples of projects illustrating similar function, scope, complexity, and size.
