• Safety, Health, and Environmental Protection: SP must comply with Federal, state, and local safety, health, and environmental laws and regulations, including OSHA standards. This includes managing hazardous materials like asbestos and lead paint.

• Field Verification: SP shall field verify all dimensions before ordering products.

The following specific repairs are required:

• Repair Refrigerant Leak on Chiller #2

• Replace a Faulty Condenser Pump Gate Valve

• Repair Condenser Pumps #1 and #2

• Replace Cooling Tower Cell #1 Fan Motor and V-belts

• Contract Type: Firm-fixed price construction contract.

• Period of Performance: 60 days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed.

• Award Type: One award is anticipated.

• Pricing must be submitted for all line items as detailed in the Schedule of Items.

• Quotes are to be submitted electronically via email to the Contracting Officer/Contract Specialist/Purchasing Agent in Adobe PDF format.

• Questions are due no later than 72 hours prior to the closing date and should be submitted via email.

• Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov.

• The offeror agrees to hold prices firm for 90 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers.

• Various FAR and AGAR clauses are incorporated by reference and are applicable.
