Key Requirements for Offerors
- If not the Original End Manufacturer (OEM), provide OEM name, CAGE, and a signed letter of authorization as a distributor.
- Provide repair price as an Estimated (EST) cost for the full repair effort.
- Vendors have 120 days after receipt of carcasses to complete TD&E and submit a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) quote for the full repair.
- Include the cost of new (actual or estimated) for evaluation purposes.
- Specify any exceptions to MIL-STD Packaging, Labeling, Inspection & Acceptance locations, etc.
- Repair prices must cover all costs for material in unwhole condition, missing hardware, damage, and CAV Reporting.

- Price reductions will be incurred for failure to meet the required RTAT.
