Scope of Work
The primary objective is to support the Joint Staff J7 DDJTE mission to develop, deliver, and enable joint training and a Joint Lessons Learned Program (JLLP), enhancing the operational effectiveness and readiness of the joint force. This includes:
- Core Capabilities: Event planning, design, preparation, and execution for various joint training events, such as Elite Constellation (EC) campaigns, Globally Integrated Exercises (GIE), Multi-Combatant Command (MCC) Command Post Exercises (CPX), and Combatant Command (CCMD) events.
- System Support: Assisting across all phases of the Joint Training System (JTS) and providing comprehensive support throughout the Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC), from design to analysis, including scenario development.
- Technology Integration: Exploring and incorporating AI-driven tools, CJADC2 tools, and advanced modeling and simulation (M&S).
- Functional Expertise: Providing specialized knowledge in Sustainment, Intelligence, Interagency, Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD)/Integrated Air Missile Defense (IAMD), Space Operations, Electromagnetic Warfare/Spectrum (EW/EMS), Information Environment (IE), and Orders Writing.
- Deliverables: An extensive list of plans, reports, and documentation, including Collection Management Plans (CMPs), Exercise Plans, Plans of Action & Milestones (POA&Ms), Master Scenario Event Lists (MSELs), and various After Action Reports.

Offerors must accurately complete the "Past Performance Information Form" detailing previous contracts, customer contacts, dollar amounts, FTEs, work descriptions, and any issues/corrective actions. Quotes will also be evaluated for cost realism.
