- New Construction: Regrading for drainage, constructing a new paved road, creating a drop-off/pick-up area with 9 ft wide parking spots, installing signage and striping, a 30 ft x 20 ft aluminum canopy, and new storm drain inlets. Existing bike racks will be reinstalled, and a fire hydrant relocated.
- Addendum 1 Changes: Abatement of approximately 17 feet of existing hydrant lateral and installation of a new 6-inch PVC pipe connecting to the existing 10-inch water main, due to suspected Asbestos Cement Pipe. Asbestos remediation procedures (UFGS 02 82 00) are now relevant.
- Specifications: Detailed requirements for demolition, cast-in-place concrete, exterior signage, aluminum walkway covers, earthwork, geotextiles, base course drainage, asphalt mix design, concrete curbs/gutters/sidewalks, pavement markings, sodding, and stormwater utilities are provided.
Contract Details
- Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price.
- Period of Performance: Work is to begin within 10 calendar days after award and be completed within 180 calendar days. The anticipated period is from June 25, 2026, to December 22, 2026.
