Scope of Work
This project involves the construction of the VEWMEC Floorplan A Primary Facility, approximately 6,900 square feet. This includes a vestibule, offices, server room, operational training rooms, receiving area, badging, breakroom, restrooms, janitorial, mechanical, electrical, and communications rooms, along with all associated utilities. The scope also covers supporting facilities and site work, such as clearing, grubbing, backfill, compaction, grading, and demolition, as well as the purchase and installation of primary facility equipment.
Several bid options are available:
- Asphalt parking in lieu of gravel.
- Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) for Floorplan A.
- Expansion of Floorplan A to create Floorplan B (adding 1,195 SF) with associated FF&E.
- Expansion of Floorplan B to create Floorplan C (adding 801 SF) with associated FF&E.
- Emergency radio coverage testing.
