This will be a Firm-Fixed Price contract. Liquidated damages are set at $500 per calendar day of delay. Eligibility & Evaluation

This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Offerors must have 5 years of experience in replacing commercial window glass. The prime contractor must be located within a 120-mile commutable driving distance of the DSCR facility, with an office publicly visible on SAM.gov. Award will be made to the Lowest Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offeror. Technical acceptability includes consideration of past performance, which will be pulled from CPARS and SPRS. Contractors must be registered in SAM prior to award.
