Contract Details

  • Contract Type: Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Design-Build Construction Contract.

  • Phase II (Current): Evaluates Technical Solution, Small Business Utilization and Participation (Factor 6), and Price. Non-price factors (Factors 2-6) combined are significantly more important than price.
  • Small Business Participation: A minimum of 20% total small business subcontracting is required, documented via Attachment F (SBPCD). Historical small business utilization is also evaluated via Attachment E.
