Performance Work Statement (PWS)

• Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, and materials for delivery, repair, and removal.

• Contractor shall develop and maintain a Quality Control Plan (QCP).

• Performance of all work is restricted to US citizens and US nationals only.

• Contractor personnel must comply with safety, health, and environmental guidelines.

• Contractor personnel must obtain appropriate security access and background checks for the PHNSY & IMF.

• Contractor personnel must not perform inherently governmental functions.
