Scope of Work

The contractor shall provide eight (8) DH/AC units, each with a minimum cooling capacity of 15 tons and an airflow of at least 5,000 CFM. Units must be skid-mounted with certified welded lifting points and compatible with Single Pole Camp-Type J-Series electrical connections. Services include delivery, maintenance, troubleshooting, emergency repairs, and retrieval. Performance standards require delivery/removal within 1-3 days, response to service calls within 4 hours, and replacement of non-functional units within 24 hours.

Period & Place of Performance

The tentative period of performance is July 9, 2026, to February 8, 2027 (7 months). All work will be performed on-site at the Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard, within the Controlled Industrial Area (CIA). The Government will assist with offloading, moving units to exact locations, and connecting power/ventilation.

Submission & Evaluation

Offerors must submit a detailed technical quote (not to exceed 10 pages) demonstrating thorough knowledge and approach to the Performance Work Statement (PWS). A price quote package must include a completed Form SF 1449. Quotes must be emailed to both primary and secondary points of contact; emails, including attachments, must not exceed 35 MB. Evaluation will be based on Technical Capability (Acceptable/Unacceptable), followed by Price (lowest priced technically acceptable offer). Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov by the award date and provide CMMC Level 1 self-certification for handling Federal Contract Information (FCI).
