Scope of Work

- Regular pick-up, transportation, and handling of waste food (at least three times a week, minimum 156 pick-ups annually).
- On-demand bio waste removal (estimated three service calls per year).
- Disposal of specific quantities of Food Remainders, Vegetable Waste, packed outdated Food, packed outdated Meat, and BIO Waste, with base and option year quantities detailed in the solicitation.
- Provision of all necessary personnel, equipment, and containers. Containers must be moveable, have well-sealing lids, and be cleaned to a minimum of 70°C hot water.

Evaluation Criteria
Award will be based on a combination of Technically Approved, Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS), and Lowest Price.
- Technically Approved: Requires a Capability Statement demonstrating ability to meet PWS requirements, active CAGE code, POC information, demonstrated experience, and subcontractor arrangements. All sub-factor criteria must be met.
- SPRS: Government will assess Supplier Performance Risk and Item Price Risk; ratings of Green, Purple, Blue, or Black are acceptable.
- Lowest Price: Total Evaluated Price (TEP) will be calculated for base and option years, evaluated for reasonableness. Unbalanced option prices may lead to an unacceptable quote.
