All items must meet detailed specifications including Alloy-Temper 7069-H111, specific thickness (.024" +/- .002"), width (12" + 1/32" -0), ultimate strength (17,000-23,000 ksi), minimum yield strength (12,000 ksi), and elongation (16 Min./20 Typical). The aluminum must withstand embossing at 3/32" height without breaking or warping, with embossing limited to the edge. The front surface requires a light, tightly adherent, chrome-free conversion coating (Betz Dearborn Permatreat 1021B).
Delivery is F.O.B. Destination to UNICOR, Cumberland, MD 21502, with a desired delivery time of 21 calendar days or sooner from receipt of each delivery order. Packaging must comply with ASTM D-3951-95.
Contract Details
