Routine pickups are required within three business days of notification, with emergency pickups within 24 hours. Contract Details
This will be a Firm-Fixed-Price contract with a base period from April 15, 2026, to April 14, 2027, and four subsequent 12-month option periods. The estimated maximum order value is $400,000.00, with a minimum per order of $3.00 and a maximum per order of $150,000.00 for a single item or $400,000.00 for a combination of items.

This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5). A Price Evaluation Preference for HUBZone Small Business Concerns applies. Contractor personnel must be registered in DBIDS for base access.
Submission & Evaluation
Offers are due by April 7, 2026, at 10:00 AM (Local Time). Evaluation factors include Technical Capability, Relevant Satisfactory Past Performance, Price, and Period of Performance.
